In a company's profile, you specify whether they are a sponsor and at what level (e.g. Gold, Bronze or Partner).

You can use the app to link company profiles to events that you have previously marked as "Sponsored events" in the program planner.

In a company profile, you can upload as many PDF files as you like so that your industry partners can present themselves in detail with product brochures.

Company profiles can be opened in the app in various ways:

Via the exhibitor and/or sponsor overview

Via the floor plans

via inked advertising banners, sponsored events and sponsored message

You can assign a sponsorship level to companies, such as Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze and Partner.

To do this, you must first define your sponsor levels. You can then assign these to the corresponding company profiles.

The Smart Abstract app allows you to differentiate between exhibitors and sponsors.
You specify whether a company is an exhibitor and/or sponsor in the company profile.

To avoid overloading the main menu with information, you can create pages with their own side menu.
Any number of sub-pages can be inserted into this side menu. You can group the sub-pages thematically using headings.

Note: Before you can assign subpages to a side menu, you must first create the subpages as a page.

The Editor role allows you to create pages with a link to an external website in the app menu. When the page is opened, the linked website opens directly in a separate window.

You want to include pages with embedded files in the application menu. When the page is opened, the file opens directly in a separate window.

Recommendation:
Include files in pages of type Content (instead of type File) so that you can add a heading and descriptive text to the file, for example.
