Add PDF files

Exhibitors and sponsors

In a company profile, you can upload as many PDF files as you like so that your industry partners can present themselves in detail with product brochures.

Note: The maximum file size per PDF is 5 MB.

Navigate to
> Content
> Exhibitors & sponsors

1. Open the desired company profile and go to the "Documents" tab

2. Click the Add new button to open the upload form.

3. Enter a meaningful name for the PDF file in the "Title*" field.

Optional: Enter a brief description of the contents of the file.

4. Select the file from your hard drive.
Once the file has been uploaded, the file name will appear in the upload form.
The title you specify will be displayed on the company profile page.

5. Save your changes and click

• Update — to remain on the page

• Update and close — to return to the overview list

Delete PDF file

In order to delete a PDF file

1. Click the Delete-checkbox

2. Save your changes by clicking Update or Update and close
