Pin messages
To pin a notification to a message, open the form for creating messages.
Navigate to
> Content
> Messages
and click the Edit button to go to "Messages" and the "Pinned until" text box:
Pin until ...
By default, all messages in the app's message list are displayed in the order in which they were published. The most recent message is at the top.
When a message is pinned, it is displayed at the top of the list until the specified time, so it is immediately noticeable. After the defined time/period has ended, it will be sorted into the correct position within the list according to the time of publication.
To send the message at the set publication time, click on the button:
Update— save but stay on the pageUpdate and close— save and open the list of messages
