Link exhibitor stand
Exhibitors and sponsors
You can enter an exhibitor's stand number in the company profile. The stand number appears in the exhibitor overview and its profiles.

You can also use a pointer to mark the location of the exhibitor's stand on the floor plan.

The stand number and the room plan with the marked position will be displayed on the Company profile page and on the floor plan.
You can upload a custom image for the pointer icon, such as your company's favicon.

1. Open the desired company profile and go to the "Location" tab.
2. Select the appropriate floor plan from the "Floor plan" drop down box.
The floor plan will be loaded.
3. Enter the stand number in the "Booth no." field.
4. Left-click on the position of the exhibitor's stand on the floor plan until a marker appears. The position is automatically transferred to the "Stand position — longitude" and "Stand position — latitude" coordinate fields.
5. Save your changes by clicking on:
Update— to remain on the pageUpdate and close— to return to the overview list
Changing the pin position
Left-click on the new position of the stand on the floor plan until the pin appears in the new position.
Note: The marker pin cannot be moved by drag and drop.
Deleting a marker pin
Clear or delete the contents of the fields:
Room plan
Position — Longitude
Position — Latitude
Save your changes by clicking on Update or Update and close.
